This information is from WPA's previous conference. Our 31st Annual Home Education Conference will be held on May 2-3, 2014, at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Opportunities to Meet Homeschoolers

Volunteer now to help with the Used Book Sale, Connections, and other activities. Call the WPA voice mail at 608-283-3131 or email WPA at wpa@homeschooling-wpa.org.

Begin by registering in Gruenhagen Conference Center, 208 Osceola St., Oshkosh, WI. An experienced conference goer will orient you to the conference.

Jump start your conference experience and make new friends by coming to Friday’s Meet and Greet session from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Gruenhagen Conference Center. Informal chat and games to help you get immediately connected to other conference attendees.

Snacks and Conversation - Friday evening after the workshops, 8:30 to 10:30 pm, Gruenhagen Conference Center

Join the Family Folk Dance – Friday evening after the workshops, 8:45 to 10:30 pm, Gruenhagen Conference Center

Participate in your regional gathering – Saturday noon after the General Session and Graduation, meet in the same room with others from your area of the state. If you want to, arrange to eat lunch with people from your region.

Talk with people in workshops, in the Connections area, in lounges on the lodging floors, at meals, walking to workshops. Family Activity workshops provide good opportunities to meet other homeschoolers.
