Exhibiting/Vending

Booths

  • Resource Fair booths consist of one 8’x 30″ skirted table and 2 chairs in an area 6’ deep and 8’ long in the commons area of the Holiday Inn.
  • A cork strip is available behind your table at 6 feet high for attaching any signs.

Hours

  • Friday, May 4th – 4-10pm (Set up at 2pm)
  • Saturday, May 5th – 7am to 5pm

Pricing

  • Standard booth: $200 each.
  • Supplemental Income Business (not the exhibitor’s primary income source): $125 (limit one)
  • Electricity is an additional $25/booth.
  • Free wi-fi ($20/booth for hardwired internet)

We are positioning the exhibitors in the most highly trafficked area of the conference center. Due to the high traffic nature of the commons area, exhibitors need to allow space within their booth for customers to shop. Additional racks, free standing signs, displays, etc. may be be included as long as they fit in that space.

You can also sponsor the event or add things to our Welcome Bags for more exposure.

Shipping

You may ship items for your booth or items to be included in the Welcome Bags directly to the Stevens Point Holiday Inn and Convention Center. Materials may only arrive between May 1st and 3rd.  Mark all boxes with “WPA.” You may ship items directly from the conference at your expense, return labels must be attached and arrangements made for pick up on Monday, May 7, 2018.

Cancellations

  • Through March 15, 2018, 50% will be refunded
  • After March 15, 2018 no refunds.

Vendors/exhibitors will have name tags for admission to the Resource Fair only.  If you wish to attend the conference you may register beginning on March 1, 2018.

Wisconsin Parents Association reserves the right to reject any vendor/exhibitor registration for any reason.

Terms

EXHIBIT CONTENT: The exhibitor agrees to exhibit only those items or services normally supplied or manufactured by said exhibitor in the normal course of business. WPA retains the right to control, remove, prohibit, and/or refuse any exhibit material(s) and/or item(s) considered inappropriate or unacceptable.

CONTRACTED SERVICES: The exhibitor agrees to accept the terms and conditions contained in the agreements between the Stevens Point Holiday Inn and Convention Center and WPA on matters and questions not covered in this contract. The exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and save WPA and the Stevens point Holiday Inn and Convention Center, their officers and employees, against all claims to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and attorneys’ fees arising out of or caused by the exhibitor’s installation, removal, mainte- nance, occupancy, or use of the exhibition premises or any part thereof. WPA is not responsible for theft or damage to exhibits or materials. Exhibitors are responsible for security of their own exhibits. The exhibitor assumes the entire cost of insurance.

Security

Only WPA will be using the conference rooms, but the commons will be unlocked until 2AM, so valuables should go with you or be locked in a nearby room for the night as neither WPA nor the Stevens Point Holiday Inn and Convention Center is responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please bring sheets to cover your booth when you are not there.
